As B2B Fairs Exhibition Services Trade Limited Company and DLG Markets Turkey Exhibition Services Limited Company (collectively, the “Companies”), we attach great importance to protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal data within the scope of our exhibition organization activities.
The Companies, as data controllers, process your personal data within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and relevant secondary legislation; ensuring that the data is processed in accordance with the law and the rules of good faith, accurately, up-to-date, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes.
This Information Notice has been prepared to inform you about the purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data, with whom it is shared, how long it is stored, and your rights under the KVKK.
YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by visitors, participants, and users or obtained automatically by us is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation.
The personal data that may be processed in this context includes:
- Identity Information: Name, surname, title, information about the institution or company you work for, tax office, and tax number.
- Contact Information: Email address, phone number, postal address.
- User Account Information: Username, password, and login records created to log into the participant portal.
- Transaction Security Data: IP address, log records, session information.
- Physical Premises Security: Camera recordings taken at the exhibition area or in our office.
- Visual and Audio Recordings: Photos and videos taken for promotional and informational purposes during the fair or event.
Your personal data is collected automatically or manually through online forms, registration systems, email correspondence, business card sharing, contracts, fair area camera systems, and digital membership logins.
METHOD OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected by B2B Fairs Exhibition Services Limited Company and DLG Markets Turkey Exhibition Services Limited Company as joint data controllers within the scope of exhibition organization activities.
Your data is obtained through automatic or semi-automatic methods via membership registration forms on our website, electronic communication channels, registration and entry systems at the fairgrounds, camera recordings, e-mail correspondence, fair application forms, and similar channels.
Your personal data obtained within this scope is processed in accordance with the processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698;
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Article 5/2-c),
- Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controllers (Article 5/2-f),
- Necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (Article 5/2-e),
- Provided for by law (Article 5/2-a)
Your personal data is processed based on these legal grounds.
Your personal data may be shared with our group companies, service providers, business partners, and, when necessary, authorized public institutions for the purpose of carrying out the exhibition organization processes and performing operational activities. These shares are limited to the performance of the job, and in case of transfer abroad, the transfer is made by ensuring data security. Transfers abroad are made based on your explicit consent or the safe country decisions announced by the Personal Data Protection Board.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed by B2B Fairs Fuarcılık Ticaret Limited Şirketi and DLG Markets Turkey Fuarcılık Limited Şirketi for the purpose of organizing fairs and conducting related commercial activities.
In this context, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
- Planning fair, event, and organization processes, conducting application and participation procedures,
- Creating and updating participant and visitor databases,
- Carrying out fair announcements, promotion, and information activities (with your explicit consent),
- Establishing, executing, and fulfilling contractual relationships,
- Fulfilling our companies' legal obligations, carrying out reporting and recording processes,
- Evaluating requests and complaints,
- Ensuring data security, access authorization, and system security,
- Fulfilling the requests of authorized public institutions and organizations.
Your personal data will be retained for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and limited to the statutory limitation periods.
YOUR RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights regarding your personal data by applying to B2B Fairs Fuarcılık Ticaret Limited Şirketi and DLG Markets Turkey Fuarcılık Limited Şirketi:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information about the processing of your personal data,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom they have been transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the correction of your incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data,
- Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data under Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Requesting that these actions be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to a result that is detrimental to you as a result of an analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be processed free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
